Go vscode-goでgoimports時にlocalを指定する

vscodeでGoのコードフォーマットに "go.formatTool": "goimports" を指定していて、-local オプションが効かなかったので調べた。 -local は、-local "github.com/my/module" のように指定すると、importをサードパーティのモジュールと自身のモジュールでグループ分けしてくれるオプション
